GOLDEN CHEF

I used to read alot of asian comics. Not manga but martial arts comics like: Mecha Dragon and Tiger, Heaven Sabre Dragon Sword and Oriental Heroes. These books were awesomely illustrated by Ma Wing -shing and introduced me to the idea that cooking could be used as a martial arts form.

As silly as it sounds the Golden Chef here exists in the COCKERS universe and fights crime by cooking. I watched a few iron chef episodes and those got pretty exciting as well. This drawing was quick and I liked the ink work.

Once I learn how to color in photoshop this drawing will look even better... thats a muffin logo on his smock.

In the Cockers universe the Mysty City Police Department
plays a big role in establishing the law in Mysty City.

I needed a strong leader type to be the outspoken voice within the department. As a kid I always liked Quick Draw Mc Graw. He was a law man who had a horribly dumb sense of humor. the Sarge here is funny but not on purpose. He is a hard nosed angry bulldog who whips any and all cadets into crime fighting shape. I want to thank good folks over at BOOYAH entertainment for the inspiration for the M.C.P.D. uniforms. They are loosely based on the uniforms of the COLLECTORS...
