BLITZEN

Blitzen is the youngest of the Mysty City trio. Even so, his personality is by far the most grim and sad. I will explore the whys and how comes in the second series of "ULTIMO TALES". The characters costume is inspired by other characters with the same powers: Static, Black Lightning and the lesser remembered Black Vulcan from the Superfriends show back in the 80'sSome of you may have noticed that the design I used on the Cockers characters legs are more dog like than others, that is also something that will be explained in later issues of the series.
