This will actually be page one of the story. The page above acts more as chapter divider. This gives the reader some idea where this poem takes place.I love the mythology illustrations where the gods are all standing around like they have nothing better to do.
They are all apart of the Pantheon or home of the gods.
You may find a couple of these guys illustrated further down this blog.
Since I have had a chance to think more on the start of this book I think I will make this opening scene a bit more grandiose... with maybe more gods visible...
